By making a booking via our website, phone, or email, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

The contract for transportation services is formed directly between you and the Service Provider once your booking is confirmed.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using this website and our services immediately.
1. Website Use
This site is operated by ZambiaTransfer.com. All content, including text, design, and images, is for personal use in booking transfers only. Modification, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
2. Accuracy of Information
When placing a booking, you agree to provide complete and accurate details (passenger names, dates, times, pick-up and drop-off points, flight/train/ship information, and payment details). It is your responsibility to notify us promptly of any changes.
We make every effort to correct errors quickly, but if an obvious error occurs (e.g., incorrect pricing), we reserve the right to cancel the booking without liability.
3. Contract
ZambiaTransfer.com acts solely as a booking agent. Your contract for transportation services is with the Service Provider. A binding agreement exists only when the Service Provider accepts your booking and you receive a confirmation email.
By booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by the terms of the Service Provider.
4. Liability

ZambiaTransfer.com’s role is limited to that of an agent. Any liability for service provision rests solely with the Service Provider.

We are not responsible for delays, missed connections, expenses, or losses arising from inaccurate details provided by you, or from issues caused by the Service Provider.

Neither ZambiaTransfer.com nor the Service Provider can be held liable for losses (e.g., missed flights) resulting from insufficient travel time.
5. Availability of Services

We reserve the right, on behalf of the Service Provider, to refuse any booking request.

Allocation of a Service Provider is not guaranteed. If a booking cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All online booking services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of availability.
6. Your Responsibilities

Provide correct local time for pick-up.

Verify addresses, terminals, or hotel names to avoid confusion.

Provide clear instructions for non-standard pick-up points (e.g., gate numbers, security procedures).

Inform us of relevant travel details (flight/train/ship number).

Update us immediately if your travel plans change (e.g., missed or cancelled connections).
ZambiaTransfer.com is not liable for failed pick-ups due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient booking information.
7. Payment

You confirm that payment details provided are accurate and that you have sufficient funds.

Payment may be processed either by ZambiaTransfer.com (on behalf of the Service Provider) or directly by the Service Provider.

If paying in cash to the driver, you must have the exact amount in local currency unless stated otherwise.
8. Amendments

Bookings may be amended online up to 48 hours before scheduled pick-up.

After this, amendments must be made directly with the Service Provider using the contact number in your confirmation.

Drivers cannot accept amendments or cancellations.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:

30+ days before service: 65% refund

11–30 days before service: 35% refund

2–10 days before service: 15% refund

Within 24 hours of service or same-day cancellations: No refund
Deposits paid will be refunded or adjusted based on the above conditions.
10. Waiting Time & Emergency Contact

Airport pick-ups: driver will wait up to 60 minutes after flight arrival.

Non-airport pick-ups: driver will wait up to 10 minutes.

If you cannot locate the driver, you must call the emergency contact provided in your confirmation email.

Failure to call within the specified waiting time will result in a “no-show,” and you will be charged the full booking amount.
11. Luggage
You must declare excess or oversized baggage at the time of booking. Failure to do so may require additional vehicles at your expense.
12. Special Requests & Vehicles

Extra services (e.g., baby seats) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Journey times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.

Vehicle images on our site are for illustration only. Specific makes/models are not guaranteed.
13. Force Majeure
Neither ZambiaTransfer.com nor the Service Provider shall be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, accidents, road closures, strikes, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events.
